Contact us here or leave your details so that we can contact you when convenient.
If possible we will meet you or your representative at the property or nearby cafe and get to know one another - building strong relationships is key to our values.
Together we will review the property and if we find that win-win-win** then we will send you our Management Agreement to review and sign.
Your responsibilities:
Look after the structure/fabric of your property: the exterior, roof, boiler, electrics, plumbing. We can assist.
Maintain the correct insurance for the use of the building - eg. corporate let as an HMO.
Provide the initial safety and environmental certificates (eg. gas, electrical safety, EPC etc.)
Continue paying the mortgage if there is one in place.
Relax. We do everything now! Bliss...
Our legal minds will check the property is compliant and up to local standards as we only operate the best accommodation.
Next our Renovations Team will step in and complete the free sustainable, cosmetic uplift, furnishing and fitting your property to attract the right people.
Our Tenant Management Team will then take beautiful photographs of the property, advertise and fill it with thoroughly vetted and referenced professionals. We will deal with their issues too so that you don't have to.
Take another sip of your coffee, read another book or have another holiday as you rest in the knowledge that everything is being done for you allowing you to enjoy your investment as it passively provides for you and your family's future just as intended.
