The imagery of a home by a lake nestled beneath great mountains inspires us here at MountainLake Property. It's these places that invoke wonder, peace and joy to us and make us ask: why can't property be beautiful and green?

We consider ourselves to be property developers and investors that care. That's caring for our tenants, our private funders and importantly the environment. We believe that doing as much as we can to provide an excellent service to all three is key to achieving property happiness.

Our business and operating model focuses on delivering high quality property in which our tenants and clients feel at home and happy in. In this we strive wherever possible to do the best we can with regards to the environment and through our partnership with more:trees we reduce our carbon footprint by planting trees in projects all around the world. Our business relationships revolve around our core values which help us work together in synergy and drive us together to succcess.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) - TPO members are expected to conduct their business practices in-line with both legal obligations and best practice standards set above the minimum level. In line with the Ombudsman's Terms of Reference, TPO can consider complaints raised by consumers against these obligations.

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - ICO members take data protection seriously, ensuring that people can trust us to use their data fairly and responsibly. Legal obligations are regulated by the ICO and set up by the Data Protection Act 2018 along with the GDPR. Members are guided to promote good practice, carry out audits, consider complaints, monitor compliance and the ICO will take enforcement action where appropriate. The National Residential Landlord's Association (NRLA) - NRLA members receive expert training and support to providing comprehensive learning resources, regulatory and legal guidance in order to promote best practices for both tenant and landlord.
